Mother’s recipe Veg Makhanwala is a rich and delicious dish added with mixed healthy vegetables. This curry is made using butter and cream which make it creamy and heavy.
Serving suggestion – Serve hot with Tandoori Paratha, Rotis or Steamed Rice, along with lime quarters and sliced onions.
How to make– In a pan, mix the entire contents of the pack with 125 ml of water & 125 ml of water. Mix well & add 300g of cut & boiled vegetables (Green peas, Carrots, French beans, cauliflower, potato etc) with a few cubes of paneer. Mix & cook covered for 7 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Stir in 2 tbsp of butter & 1-2 tbsp of fresh cream. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, butter & swirl of fresh cream
