In a pan, mix the entire contents of the pack with 1 ½ cups (350ml) of Water. Cover & cook the gravy on a medium heat for 3 – 4 mins. Add 300g of cleaned, washed & filleted Fish of your choice (like Seer Fish, Red Snapper or Sea Bass) & 1 cup (250ml) of Coconut Milk. Bring the contents to a boil & then simmer covered on a low flame for 4 – 5 mins or until the fish is cooked.
