How to make- In a pan, saute 500 g chicken in 1 tbsp oil till they turn light brown. In another vessel, mix Mother’s recipe chicken chettinad mix in 350ml of water. Pour this over chicken and bring it to boil. Cover the vessel and simmer on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked
