Mother’s recipe Pav Bhaji mix enables you to create a perfect medley of vegetables & spices & can be eaten as a snack or meal.
Serving Suggestion- Serve hot with buttered bread along with chopped onion & lemon pieces.
How to make- Pressure cook 500g of vegetables like potato, green peas, cauliflower & tomato with 250ml water for 2-3 minutes. Mash & keep aside. In a vessel, saute 1 medium sized chopped capsicum in 2 tbsp butter for 2-3 minutes. Add Pav bhaji mix in 150 ml water & cook for a few minutes. Add mashed vegetables with 250 ml water. Stir & simmer covered for 4 minutes. Top the bhaji with butter
