Serving suggestion – For milder taste add 50ml coconut milk. For spicer taste add 1 tbsp red chilli powder or 1 chopped green chilli
How to make: Mix entire contents of Kerala prawns fry mix with 250ml water and keep aside. In a medium size pan, saute 400gm prawns (deshelled, washed & cleaned prawns) in 1 tbsp oil for few minutes. Add above whisked Kerala prawn fry mix and mix well. Simmer for 8 minutes or until the prawns are cooked and gravy thickens.
