Serving suggestion – Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & fried curry leaves

How to make- In a medium size pan mix entire content of spice mix & add 500 ml of water. Mix and bring the contents to a boil. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add 500 g cleaned, washed & sliced fish pieces of your choices. Simmer covered for 8 minutes till the fish is cooked. Stir in 50 ml coconut milk. Simmer for 1 minutes

    I have, for many years, wanted to make a nice Fish Curry, but haven’t had the courage to do so as it is so different to Beef or Pork curries……..I am so lucky to have found the “Malabar Fish Curry” Paste…….It is so simple to make and a close friend whose wife is an excellent cook told me that the piece I gave him was “Fantastic.”
    Thank you very much. I have found an outlet where I can buy more of the same……I will also try others.
