I have, for many years, wanted to make a nice Fish Curry, but haven’t had the courage to do so as it is so different to Beef or Pork curries……..I am so lucky to have found the “Malabar Fish Curry” Paste…….It is so simple to make and a close friend whose wife is an excellent cook told me that the piece I gave him was “Fantastic.”Thank you very much. I have found an outlet where I can buy more of the same……I will also try others.
