Parsley and Kale Smoothie

Refreshing and purging, this parsley and kale smoothie is perfect for summer as it hydrates and cleanses the entire body.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley along with the leaves and stems.
  • 4 kale leaves. Remove the centre ribs.
  • 1 cup frozen berries such as strawberries or raspberries for taste.
  • 1 banana chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon crushed flaxseed
Method:
  1. Purée all the ingredients in a blender with about one cup of water and it's ready!

Serve chilled.
