    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1 Green chillies
    • 1 cup coriander leaves
    • 1 cup of water
    • 1/2 cup oil

    • 1/2 cup rice flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp ajwain

Instructions 

The first step is to take Besan in a bowl. Then, add rice flour, salt, ajwain, ginger, red chilli powder, baking soda, and green chili.

  • Now, it is time to mix all the ingredients together well and add coriander leaves.
  • Prepare a fine batter of these ingredients by pouring water and stirring it well. 
  • Keep stirring it until it turns into a thick batter.
  • Put some oil in a pan, and dip onion slices completely into the batter.

  • 2 cups refined flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water

For Filling:

  • 3 cups green gram
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/8 tsp asafoetida
  • 3 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds, powdered
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • To taste salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp mango powder

Instructions

  • The first step is to add the salt to the flour and apply the oil.
  • Add water and knead it well into a stiff dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes or so.
  • Shape the dough into balls. Next, roll the balls into thin rounds. Cut these into halves. 
  • Meanwhile, grind the lentils coarsely. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • When they begin to splutter, add the lentils and the rest of the ingredients, which make up the filling.
  • Saute it well in low heat till the mixture is well fried. Now, move it away from the stove and let the mixture cool. 
  • Take one-half of the pastry, wet its edges, and fold the straight edge at the center and join by one half overlapping the other to form into a cone.
  • Press the overlapping portion, and fill the cone with the delicious mixture and press the edges together to seal. 
  • The oil should be hot when you add the samosas to it, then let cook till its brown.
